Southern Bells

These bells have the cutest lace detail at the bottom, we could not say no! They are made with an elastic waist band so look best with a belt layered over as shown in the photo or with a longer top! These run true to size and length with plenty of stretch in the waist. Bri is 5’10 and wearing a small.
