Refund policy

Doesn’t fit? Don’t love it? Easy returns! Items must be unworn in new condition and a return request made within five days of delivery. No stains, perfumes, foul scents, wear and tear, etc. We provide tracking for each return to ensure nothing is lost or delayed. Sale items, holiday, swim, under garments and accessories are final. Shoes must be in the original box. Refunds are issued to original form of payment minus a $4 tracking fee. If you feel you have received an item that is damaged, contact us within the three day policy and we will provide a full refund upon receipt of the return.
